I have a Type-3 / Class-3 hitch capable of pulling up to 10,000 lbs. I also have a CDL with tankers and doubles endorsements. I have a 4-horse all-enclosed trailer. We feed and and water the horses every 3 hours. I do have access to a 20+ foot flat-bed trailer but I suspect we will make such hauls contingent on starting from, or ending close to Couer d'Alene, ID. We started this business as a result of our need to move the horses we care for/take in for the Spirit Lake Horse Rescue group. We have cared for as many as 43 horses at any one time on our 10-acre horse-ranch. This is a "young" business, so we have much to develop and evolve on so as to smooth out the "bumps".
