Response: Hi Wiregrssw! Thank you for your question. Pick-up on the 26th is fine. I am driving to Texas, so if you get there before me, my next-door neighbor has the key and can let you in for the delivery. There's not that much, so you can just put everything in the guest room. Since I was here temporarily (1 year), I am trying to get the company to ship my refernce manuals back to Texas for me. If they don't, I will have an extra two cartons, 20 lbs each... I just don't know yet. FYI: for both Germantown and Texas, there are NO stairs, everything is on ground level. Regards, (4/14/2008)
