The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
He said he could deliver in 7 to 10 days if I paid him in advance through pay pal. It has been over 60 days and I finally called him and said I was canceling, now he will not communicate and guess what, he won't return my money, I guess I will have to sue him to get it back. I do not recommend him to anyone, he is a total crook.

Response from snook63: never said 7-10 days was a flexi delv I accept cod or pay pal if prepaid only prepay is if using pay pal it can be cansceled after delv as 2 others done to me and on pay pal it says to collect 3-5 days in advance for funds to clear was in touch all the time truck broke down 4 times due to neglegence og garages have reciepts for 3 transmissions I was in route to pick up he called and said a friend picking up for him cost me money offered part refund and he has denied wait email to clear this up

Items arrived in perfect condition. Ken was always available to answer my emails and phone calls. He arrived at the time he said he was going to. I would highly recommend using him for your shipments. I would definitly use him again! Thanks so much again Ken!

Response from snook63: after speaking with her on the phone she said it needed to be picked up by fri afternoon and not sat morn drove all night at around 2am when i was just about there she called and cancelled cost me 300 in fuel wasted 150 each way out of my way for nothing

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Mr. Hills failed to pick up my car and motorcycle more than 1 MONTH after the agreed upon pick up date. In addition, he has failed to stay in contact and has not called when he said he would.

Response from snook63: due to failure of three transmissions in which I can show reciepts for and we were in contact as they also had my cell phone and could call at any time they just chose to canscel as I was only 2-3 days from picking up there second car and bike from there daughters house I was even in touch by email when I was in the mountains of Ky with no phone reception and got no reply to my email except this canscellation notice

Our Dinning table & hutch arrived safely after a long trip. Was packed very good. Took a little longer than expected due to truck problems, but speed was not important, good condition was. Would use snook63 again.

Ken is a trustworthy shipper. Working in harsh conditions, such as flood areas. He took care of belongings also. I would use him again.
