I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tryed to reach him via email, and phones every day since the past 2 weeks and nothing, i feel really bad cause he told me it would be done by monday of last week but yet i cant reach him in any kind of ways, so im really tired of waiting thats the only reason im canceling, CANT REACH HIM AT ALL!!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I have not heard from Service Provider. I have tried email and phone. The 2 phones listed in his profile are not taking calls or connected. A 3rd number he called me from stated he was in the Hospital. Then I filed a report. I called back and spoke to someone who spoke better english. They said he had a stroke and was in the hospital. She id'ed herself as Angela his oldest sister.

regarding the shipment every thing worked out well, it was great.
I also have to say uship did not respect its promise have said as a first customer "I will have a 100.00$ rebate" I've not gotten a penny.

Shipping arrived in good order, including dealing with US Export and Canadian Import. Scheduled delivery date changed several times with no prior communication of changes (I finally got a hold of Sammy 3 hours after set time, I was left waiting several times for him including 5AM). Great guy, trustworthy and professional in all other manners - I would recommend, just know communication is not straightforward but he will come through for you!

Since the payment for the delivery was made, Sam failed to communicate, did not return calls,has not delivered the van picked up in Florida about a week ago. No trace of Sam up till this time.
