Wonderful experience. Excellent communication throughout process and very accomodating and creative when we encountered issues with the pick up contact. Professionally and carefully packed and shipped. It was wonderful dealing with someone that had experience with such an unusual item(a vintage horse buggy). I highly recommend Brett and his team if you need someone to move your items with the same level of personal care and attention to detail that you would.

Great guy but we did have communication problems. He had some unexpected delays and did not tell me, but he was able to drop off the night he said but my schedule did not allow. However I did receive the next morning around 7a.m., which did help a little to keep me on my schedule. Over all not top notch service, but he’s a great guy doing a good job.

Chris called me at 2:30 told him to call me back to work out a drop off point since he booked a flight even though I was to deliver bike same or next day I called him back at 6:30 left him a message he emailed me about 8:30 and said he got a lay over even though I told him 2 times my computer in the truck was not working. I just whent by his house in the morning thinking I was stuck with his bike until Tuesday beat on door and he was home told him I tried to call him he said he was sleeping ya
