8/25/2008	Service Provider	Negative Communication: Care Of Goods: Punctuality: Services As Described:	webadams (-1)	BEWARE!DO NOT USE! Paul gave the winning bid to pull my 43ft trailer. Accurate size of the trailer was listed on my bid request, but the shipper found that his truck was too long to legally make the delivery. I paid $802.70 (over half the total) upfront at the shipper's request to "cover expenses", through Paypal. The shipper will not return my phone calls or e-mails, and has not returned any of my money. I am disputing through U-Ship and Paypal, and may have to file suit to get my money back! View Listing Response from pjustice46: This was one big lie after another with this shpimpment, they were not up front with the size and my driver called DOT, this was not legally to be towed without over length permits! The deposit customer put up was refunded!!

I bought this boat "sight unseen" on the other side of the country. turned out the seller didn't have tie-downs on the boat trailer, no safety chains on trailer, and left all the electronics in it - lucky for me Pauls Transport took care of all these issues and delivered the boat safe & sound. they were great with communications - would definitely recommend them and use them again. This company has not come through with us. they were suppose to pick up the fifth wwheel today. We are aware that there is a storm in florida and that the p/u would be delayed. We have lost all communication with this co. The main contact person janets recording says she is going to be away from here phone for weeks! so I called the other contact #'s she left on her anserwing machine and no one knows about us. Can you please cancel this order so we can use someone else to move the trailer?
