A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
i worked with the change in dates and told them to call me thursday or friday,with exact pickup times,next thing i find out they are canceling on me,it was a bookit now it said pickup and del flexible when the dates changed we did everything to make this booking as smooth as possible,this is not our fault nine out of ten of the book it nows are no good you think you have a route planned and then the book it now never works out,sorry it didnt work out for whitney

Response from picovergirl: I called BOTH numbers the guy provided me with on Thursday. HE had actually agreed to call ME on Thursday, not Friday, and when he didn't, I called him. I left a message on one voicemail, was unable to leave a message on his other voicemail because it was not set up, and emailed the address provided with his bid but did not get a response. I gave this guy every opportunity to get back in touch with me, but since he didn't, I could not wait around and hope that he would come through.
