Overall I was very pleased with the service provided by this shipper. The workers were very professional and curteous. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and they even repackaged some items that I hadn't packed so well initially. Would use them again, definitely.

I must say that the overall shipment went very well. Communication was consistent, and the process was explained well. The only thing that I was unhappy about was that it wasn't clear to me that the shipping company didn't do door service, they dropped it as close as their machines would allow it. All of my things arrived undamaged, not even a scratch. The bottom line is that I would use this shipper again with no hesitation.

Kenny did a great job in every step of the process from the initial communication, to the pickup of my shipment, to the safe packing and delivery with a reliable shipper. I highly recommend his service to anyone with a small to medium size move. My only caveat: make sure you are VERY thorough in describing what you need shipped through Uship's interactive checkboxes so that Kenny knows what to expect. Enjoy a safe and easy move with Kenny!

Kenny communicated well and I received my furniture within my desired timeframe. However, my furniture was badly damaged, some pieces ruined. I believe this may have been more the shipper's fault than Kenny's. I e-mailed Kenny photos of the damage along with their value and he sent me a check. Overall the experience was very disapointing, but Kenny did try to rectify it as much as possible.

Shipper picked up my merchandise from seller and then demanded full payment up front before he would deliver it. No other shipper asked for this. This was NOT agreed upon. He held my furniture hostage until I was forced to make complete payment before delivery. Shipment arrived damaged. I had purchased full insurance coverage from shipper. Shipper now refruses to give me the insurance information to submit a claim!! Obviously, he had not purchased the insurance that I paid for. I would nev
