In May, we accepted a bit price from this provider and paid a booking deposit. We agreed that the boat will be delivered to Port Bar, Montenegro in one month.
Our boat was picked up on May 28, 2008 and we paid the full agreed transportation price on June 16, 2008.
Nearly five months has passed since the provider picked up the boat and we have no information on when it will arrive.
We strongly suggest you do not use this provider. They are unprofessional and potentially dangerous.

shipping from any port in united states to port bar in montenegro is impossible,we shipped the cargo to germany and arranged with another our agent in europe to move it by land to destination.shipper is aware of this!!!! logistics problem caused
by regulation of european union customs is the only reason that is affecting the delay of this shipping.shipper is in direct contact with our agent in europe.

They said Boat have been Shipped to Egypt since beginning of August 2008 , They did not send the original bill of lading to me yet . I have started a legal action against them

for over a week,all effort to contact the shipper on the phone,to inform him about the availability of his document failed because telephone number given does not work.fedex,our courier says his address is not reachable.yet shipper can rush to give a feedback without calling to confirm.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
In refrence to:
Transport from Ventura to Gothenburg/Sweden with service provider Orbitrongold.
1.
Orbitrongold did not Show up in time for the requested and agreed shipment. 6 days of delay.
2.
Did not get back on either mail or phone until after several reminders on mail and calls to the office and a threat of cancellation.
3.
Had not read the specifications for the shipment. Wanted to tow the yacht on water from Ventura to LA instead of trucking as specified.

this was a 47' boat that required permits and escort to move from california to Georgia where we intended shipping from.getting these permits would take 2 weeks minimum,yet the shipper was in such a haste that he felt we were not making any effort. calls and mails received from him were always with treats of negative feedback and report,and all effort to pacify him and explain what was going on was not appreciated.

Finally, I got my cargo but I paid around 30% more of the fixed price. I waited two and half MONTHS longer to finish transaction. I had no chance to use cargo (my boat) this season. I am sure I will never use Orbitrongold(Bridgemont) in my life. But manager is very nice person :)
ps. the boat did not get the destinstion with damages in reasonable size.

For this shipment,we had to play the roll of the mechanic,shipper and tire repairs man.the trailer shipper bought was a real mess,but against all the odds,though shipping was crazily tough ,we succeeded in getting it to destination.thanks for the opportunity.
