The process to get the boat out of the US was not necessarily the smoothest one, however the issues were resolved and the boat arrived at the destination which is the most important thing. Even though the cost for the shipment increased last minute for Orbitrongold/Bridgesmon they kept the originally agreed price for me, the customer.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
This provider is not a professional. He agreed about delivery time butdid not pick up my boat yet and many times lied to me - "I will send you booking information afternoon, tomorrow, etc." This is not normal situation. Last time he sent me inform of shipping date - August! This is impossible. And when I asked him - he agreed about 45 days shipping - he answered: dimentions are bigger then 40' container so difficult to find shipment. But I sent him information about boat dimentions.

this is a shipper that is very inconsiderate.we are shipping his cargo to a destination that is so uncommon and it involves a lot of logistics through transhipment.his cargo is enroute,but,the liberty shippers enjoy on this site encourages them to treat and talk to us service providers as if we are slaves .this liberty intoxicates most of them,especially this shipper.his cargo is enroute to destination.

Wale has done his best to ensure my shipment arrived in Melbourne,Australia. There was a large cost variation which was dissapointing but this was not his fault as the shipping line we used changed the rates without notice. All money was transacted in a professional way and I would recommend his service. Wale, one thing I would say is you need to work on the details a little better. You need to be less vague and more consise in your communication. Good luck with the business Buddy.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
the service provider can not, at present, give assurance that it'd be able to meet my shiping date which is only 4days away;and as i rightfully asked before this bid was accepted THAT TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE,i have chosen to cancell and seek other mean of shipment.

I used Bridgemons LLC to ship my car to Ghana I will definitely recommend them to anybody. The transported the car from Utah to Baltimore and from Baltimore to Ghana without having to do anything. They gave me the peace of mind I was looking for and I can't more thankful. Thanks Wale.

I had problems starting the pick up day. Coontinous delays, the car and the bike are still in the ocean and I'm not sure I'll see them again. They don't respond to e-mail and they have always new excuses. please do not use their service, better to pay more money and have everything shipped as planned. I'll probably sew them.

it is regretable that this shipping despite our effort to provide A+ service turned out this way.Trucking company assigned to pick both SUV and bike could only pick the SUV.It took weeks before we could get another trucker to get Bike to port.unfortunately,we missed the cut of date twice.
the good news is that the cargo arrived destination safely.Though late ,but safe.

WOW!WOW!WOW! To the man that knows how to do business. My car arrived safely to its destination without any problem and delay. It got to the destination on the time frame that the shipper specified. I recommend him for business and I will keep doing business with his company.

So far the shippment is still in proces.Communication is poor but they try do the best.Mr. Wale is a nice person to comunicate but I dont know yet when I can accept my shippment in Czech Republic. When all the items arrive I leave feedback.
