Excellent shippers! Highly recommended. Moved a very heavy antique sideboard with extreme care all the way from pickup to delivery inside the house. Courteous and excellent communication all the way.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The original deal was pick up on tues 4/15/08 and drop off by 4/15/08 they called me and told me they had no truck for my motor cycle after a couple hundred calls got ahold of them and they said the pick up would be thurs 4/17/08 after the person took a day off of work for this pick up NO PICK, NO CALL, NO ONE ANSWERED the company phone. PLEASE BEWARE THE WILL GIVE YOU A EXCELLENT DEAL AND HOPE TO HAVE A TRUCK IN YOUR AREA YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR..... NEVER AGAIN...........

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Service provider was very difficult to reach and when I did reach them about the pickup location they didn't contact them. Basically poor communication (telephone) skills.

Wont return e-mails. Hiding under a rock because they did not read my listing completely. They said they would accommodate me for there mistake but have not done so. If they did not want to haul it they should of told me up front. This provider likes to play games and I don't have the time for it. I cant count on him or his word anymore. Beware of this company as you can see by there cancellations and poor feed back!!!!!

i spent a month of calling and emailing this shipper and received no responses. the shipper never contacted anyone of the pickups he bid on and did not meet my deadline despite their assurances they travel weekly to florida and after giving them over a month of time. one of my furniture dealers has had experiences with them before and said they did the same thing to other customers--they bid on alot of shipments take the ones they like then screw everyone else that doesnt fit their schedule.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
The original purchase of 2 pieces of furniture could not be resolved due to the price of one piece that had damages. I offered to buy one piece so I could still use the shipper but the seller would not sell them seperately. Due to this, I did not purchase the items and thus do not need the shipping.
