12/17/2007	Service Provider	Cancellation	onesweetcottageway (2)	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time. Prior to accepting his bid he indicated that he would be here sometime this week as he was heading this way. I called him the day of the bid acceptance, again 2 days later, and then again 2 days after that. I also emailed him several times. He does not return any of my calls. He does not respond to any of my emails. When he does answer, he indicates that he 'is working on it' and has no commitment date to ship my fabrics. What is all this nonsense about?
