Mark did an outstanding job - picked up and delivered on schedule, as well as stayed in regular contact via phone and email. He even went above and beyond by repacking my equipment (after my previous shipper totally botched the packing and transport). I would not hesitate using Mark again.

Very conscientious and courteous. Professional and punctual. I hired Mark (through UShip - fantastic!) to pick up some patio furniture from my elderly parents in Tucson. He showed them kindness & consideration and showed up precisely when he told them he'd be there. He communicated with me while enroute and the furniture was delivered in perfect condition exactly on time to my home in Minnesota. This guy understands customer satisfaction! I no longer need my item(s) shipped The boat I was supposed to have in hand yesterday did not happen. I made the trip down from Canada to meet with the boat owner, and he did not give me the title of the boat - therefore I did not feel comfortable having the guy ship the boat legally. I felt the boat owner was trying to scam me, therefore I had to call off the shipping. The shipper was a great communicator and I was looking forward to working with him, but it just didn't happen.
