what a pleasure it was to work with Chuck, he promptly called me upon booking the listing. i was still hesitate about the bike- but he was willing to work with me and had the up most patience. Communication was perfect, did not have a single care- i knew the bike was in great hands, also a pleasure talking bikes with the man- he made conversation with made it easier(sometimes working with strangers is kinda weird, but not with chuck)
