I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
Good Morning,
I have been calling and e-mailing Mohamed Tumi, the contact person for mmtuix for 6 days now. I have not been able to reach anyone concerning this shipment. The timeframe for pickup was 10/20/2008 to 10/21/2008 and delivery 10/20/2008 to 10/22/2008. At this point I have no idea what more I can do to complete this transaction, please advise my next step. Thank you in advance.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment.
Uship's system FAILED to notify my via email that the match had been made. Only after logging on to Uship was I able to determine that the match was made, by then it was too late to accommodate the customer. I notified the shipper immediately of the problem.
