The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
The shipper is not the winning bidder but rather a seller. The shipment has not even arrived at the freight depot yet, and my bid was for pick up and delivery on 26 October some 6 weeks ago.

The shipment was not misrepresented. I was very clear about the fact that the shipment was not yet available. It would be pointless to send from our warehouse without knowing whether the item could be transported as the customer required.
