I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Shipper agreed to pick up my items over two weeks ago. Shipper does not reply to my attempts to contact for reschedule. I no longer wish to wait for this shipper to schedule my shipment and does not seem concerned about how long I have waited only to find I'm not being served at all.
I have attempted to contact the shipper over three times with no reply in two weeks.
I wish to know if I am going to receive my booking fee since I have paid that and have no shipper.
Please reply asap

HORRIBLE SHIPPING COMPANY!!! My car recieved over $1000 in damage on the way to my house while it was with this company. After sending pictures of the car showing it was not damaged before it left its origination and even pictures of the car in the trailer showing no damage, I was not able to get the company to pay for ANY of the damages. I was just ignored!! DO NOT USE!!!

I understand things happen.My bike arrived without any harm with that said, communication was down right sick I called 200 times if you have a problem with your trucks, tell you customers!!!! DO NOT HIDE BEHIND THE CELL PHONE THAT PISSES people off. bike is safe however I can not use again do to the fact of not keeping me informed. as for my price you set the price correct?

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I was told he would get my shipment within 5 days after accepting my bid. I tried to contact him 5 times to no avail. When he finally called he said he couldnt get to the car and would have to postpone the pickup. I asked him to stay in contact with me as we were in no hurry. That was a week ago and several messages later and still no contact from him.
