The shipper never picked up my shipment, received my money, and closed their bank account. They have not responded to any type of communication for over a week.

The guys were a great help. They were accommodating and even helped with packing because I was behind when they came. They were friendly as well. The only downside was that one or two items of furniture were scratched a little in the moving process. Otherwise I had a good experience with this moving company and would recommend them to others.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Isalogistic had a conflict with the seller of my chairs. I have heard both sides of the stories and basically I am caught in between these two conflicting parties. Isalogistic refused to go pick up my chairs even when I offered to pay more just so they can go back to the location. The Operations Mgr. said, "It is not about the money but they did not want to take any abuse from my seller." Isalogistic is in the process of refunded me the shipping fees and have been nice to me but unfortunately no

monica suson of henderson nevada had her chairs delivered by a carrier we reffered to her "longfa"
for a better rate then we initially charged, all of her monies was refunded to her by us and uship.we note that it was not her fault but the sellers rude & verbally abusive behavior that caused us to decline service regardless of how much she was willing to pay. we here at lsa logistics do not tolerate people with a lack of manners or racisim in any shape or form.

is a liar, manipulative and tries to exploit anyone and everyone. she lied about everything and even stole some of our equipment! her inventory was more than double the items she listed and to make matters worse she had 4 people waiting an extra 2 days in AZ only for her to show up drunk and not pay her bill!we would take her to small claims court but the point is moot!karma is our only consolation,uship beware mary rand is a deadbeat!
