1/14/2008	Shipper	Cancellation	applog (182 )	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it. We quoted this shipment for 10000 lbs based on what the customer provided us. We sent out a truck to pick up the forklifts and found that the forklifts were 11500 lbs a piece. Weight changed from 10000 lbs to 23000 lbs. We stated there would be an additional charge for the additional weight but the customer did not want to pay anymore than what was already quoted. There we are cancelling the shipment. We accepted your bid with the understanding that your truck would pick up within 2 days...You showed up a week later. You then informed us you could only haul one forklift, not both and that the amount due would increase from $350 to $800. Of course we refused...we had a uship contract that you then tried to change after we accepted your bid. Raising the price outside of Uship is against the rules...
