The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The provider had a run of bad luck with truck problems and food poisoning which led to hospitalization. He was unable to start / complete the move in an acceptable time frame. I had to cancel to hire a new mover.

Charlie and Samantha stayed the course through some tough waters on this transaction. Seller ran into tough times with sick parents delaying Charlie's pickup. We arranged a later pickup date. Adversity struck again delaying the shipment yet again. Preserverance paid off and everybody was able to connect and shipment was completed. Bike was transported in very good condition. Shipment was slightly delayed due to circumstances beyond the shippers control.

They gave me a really good deal on shipping my bike across the country. It took a bit longer than expected due to certain problems but I kept well updated on the status of the shipment and the bike was delivered in perfect condition. Thanks

I sent my deposit and contacted the shipper. He told me that he wanted to pick up my shipment immediately - when I told him I expected a longer notification time, he told me he would complete the move in two weeks. No such luck. Then he said "probably" in October, but I've heard nothing for 6 weeks. I asked for my deposit back, but got no response. So, I'm out my money and I have to find a new shipper.
I am very disappointed.

Response from lilredtrans: We gave this shipper all day to have these things ready for pickup. When we put the bid we said "MUST GO TODAY" she must not have read that part. We have not getten back to that area to get this shipment. I am very sorry for the missunderstanding and are working on the refund.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
After over a month of waiting and telling me they were going to deliver the mover deck. The shipper ( Charlie) no longer answered my calls and I had to start the bid retraction against him. Now I am stuck a month later relisting a shipment that he promised to deliver weeks ago. Setting me back and costing me more money.
