had a vespa shipped from a friends house in dc to me in ny. my friend said he showed up possibly drunk. he didn't answer phone calls for a few days and when he finally did show up (2 days late) the vespa had scratches all over it that he asured me were on it before hand even though I had pictures to prove differently. Also, when they arrived and took the vespa off the trunk, they decided to give it a little ride right IN FRONT OF ME!

I HAD A TERRIBLE BAD TIME TO COMUNICATE WITH THIS DRIVER OF KEDAN COMPANY. WE COULD NOT CONTACT HIM TO SET ON THE TIME AND PICK UP DATE; SO WE GAVE UP.
LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN GET MY MONY BACK BECAUSE I PAID 63 DOLLARS USING CREDIT CARD POR YOUR SERVICE.

The pick up occurred on June 26. I had some scheduling problems with the shipper which prevented its delivery a week after the pick up. Several promises to deliver the motorcycle was made, but the delivery did not take place, nor did I receive a firm ETA. I have been attempting to contact the shipper via uShip listed e-mail (ten times) and phone numbers (countless), but the response has been non-committal. The bike is MIA.

I called the person who was supposed to make the shipment many times, left messages and sent emails. No response. Very upset since may loose the item that was supposed to ship. I would like to report him and obviously cancel the shipment. Very bad service.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
When accepting this bid, an attempt was made to pickup the items, the items could not be picked up because I needed a Bill of Lading, this was not the providers fault. The Bill of Lading was sent in and the items were scheduled to be picked up the following week. After the week was over, I called multiple days with multiple messages left, but no response. The BOL has been pulled, so pickup by this provider is no longer necessary. This shipment would have gone well had a BOL been submitted.
