I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Informed shipment was ready and told would be picked up within 1 week.(that was 2 weeks ago) Phone # for contact has been disconected.Sent e-mails to 2 different contacts requesting they contact me and have had no response. Still want to ship and am willing to pay for services. If they contact me I will still hold up my end of deal.

STAY AWAY. Not a good experience. Furniture was picked up late - that was ok. Was to be delivered same day- never came - no phone calls. I finally reached them. POOR COMMUNICATION. We did get furniture two weeks later(300 mile move)-it was damaged. I was accused of scamming and lying. I have no reason to do so. They never returned calls or e-mails after complaint. They will blame us- it is a common trend with all negative comments. BEWARE Of KATTS and DRAGONFLY.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
This provider has not picked up my shipment on several occasions as he had promised. Now I have made 3 attempts to contact him via phone and email and have gotten no response from him. It has been over 4 weeks since he made a promise to pick up the item. I can no longer wait.

Response from kattsmoving: This is a completer lie....we have picked up the item when contracted to. We have had it in storage...this customer is NEVER ABLE to accept deliver, nor is he ever reachable by phone or email. not only are we out the money for deliver of the screen but for the storage fees which he has incured with us...sounds like he just changed his mind and no longer wants the screen....shame on you!!

Thanks, what can I say guys... I was in the moving business myself, and I must say their movers even showed an old dog a few tricks. Clean, quick, dependable, on time, Bravo!! My wife and I joked they were in and out so quick, it was like they were never even there, since we had just had our carpets cleaned, could not have ask for more. Three cheers for KATTS hip hip hoooraaa!!! If you are going to ship somthing of high value, or somthing thats brand new, Katts is by far your best bet.
