Great experience. Communication was excellent. Pickup and delivery was exactly as promised. Their online tracking feature made following the shipment very easy and gave realtime location information. Overall a positive experience. If the need arises in the future, I will use them again.

I noted the last day that my motorcycle could be picked up. Shipper scheduled pickup that day. Shipper did not show and did not call. I called 3 hours before a flight out of area and was told they did not have proper pallet and would not pick up. I had to arrange storage at last minute. They sheduled pickup 1 week later, and again did not show and did not call. Finally picked up 13 days later, but offered no rebate/discount for my extra expense/inconvenience. Great to work with. Bike picked and shipped promptly. The bike was strapped to a pallet, so didn't move around at all, and arrived without so muhc as a scratch on it.
