The shipper rufused to honer the contract, and wanted to charge me double his bid price.

The additional cost of 51.90 added to the bid by Uship was unanticipated by the vendor. The vendor does not understand this "refundable deposiit". The vendor insists that payment to them must be the entire $657 instead of the disclsed $601. This is an increase in the overall already agreed price and cannot be abided. Uship did not respond to two requests from me, nor a request from the vendor. This is also completely unacceptable. Your customer service is zero. Please be sure to refund my 51
