The company (Stillwell/jamsminesmom10) changed dates once; Then the day before the scheduled pick-up, they called in the afternoon to cancel. They are very unreliable. Their lack of responsibility cost me a lot of money since I had to travel the day after the pick-up. I could have chosen the other company that placed a bid on my shipment. I made a big mistake in chosing Stillwell. I would not recommend that company to anyone. Maybe I should stay away from USHIP alltogether.

We did change the date because our truck was broke down and i contacted the shippper on a friday and told her that i would find out on Monday if the truck would be able to accomidate her with her shipment. I left several, messages for her. When our truck was not going to be able to accimdate her in time i called her and after several messages she called me back and told me she understood. I just did not show up. She got a fair price A job like hers would have gone for at least 800.00 more.

These guys are the best. I was so worried before the move but these guys did an awesome job to help us move.Alyssa was so nice and ensured that everything would go smoothly.The guys who came to pick up the goods were so good and so professional. Overall they did an awesome job. I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

Great shipper. great communication and timing was exact. shipper had the cheapest price in 10 states i priced. drivers were friendly and very professional. highly recommended!!!

This was the best experience i ever had with a move. I had a 1 bedroom apartment moved from CT to Brooklyn NY. They had my whole apartment moved in 4 hours. No furniture was damaged and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend Stillwell to anyone and will use them again for my next move.

Everything went great, no problems whatsoever! Alyssa, you were very patient, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Movers were on time, wrapped everything so nothing would be damaged and delivered everything plus more. Very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend Stillwell to anyone who is moving anything!
