Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment.
I am appauled that this shipper is now backing out and cancelling my scheduled shipment! "Jasminemom" agreed to deliver this to me originally the first week of April. They were suppose to pick up my piece at a store in NC and then deliver the piece to me a week later in CT. The store they were picking it up from closed by 5 pm (which they knew - both me and the store made sure they knew this when we arranged the pickup)- They got there over 2 hours late and of course, no one was at the store

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
We changed our moving dates to accommodate this shipper and were notified by email, on Easter Sunday, about 20 hours before our scheduled move that they were not canceling. We have no other options at this point and this would not be a valid reason for us to cancel our contract if it was the other way around.

Excellent move! Crew showed up on time and everything went 100% as planned. Even more important was that the crew kept a positive attitude and sense of humor. Communication was excellent all around, and I would not hesitate to use again!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
Dear Shipper,
It is with great sadness that I must cancel this shipment. I have lost my house here in Delaware; therefore it is not feasable for me to move all of my stuff there from NC. I will have to wait a few months to find another home and will contact you again as I would only want you guys to do this shipment at that time. Communication back and forward was good but delivery time was very bad. 3 days delay from the promised delivery date is too much and out of scope. This delay cost to my company a lot money and troubles. I will not do any more business with this company.
