I’m a realtor in the area and I was very happy to find USHIP, because I can refer it to my clients. Personally I think Mr.Sanchez does not belong to your company. He went to pick up the load after midnight, and when he was almost done loading he doubled the price. There were 16 more boxes but he did not take the refrigerator, night tables, one bed and few other things. He claim the boxes were too big but all fit through the window. You never saw items that by far, exceeded description you posted on behalf of your clients (you were broker); everything delivered (we’ve proof), except fridge, as requested by customers; in exchange: 27 additional large boxes, 23 baggage pieces, 1 kitchen table, 17 toolboxes, 17 briefcases, 2 sewing machines, 17 lumber pieces, 1 bookshelf, 2 TVs 27”, etc. Summary: 22’ of space against 10’ originally agreed. The customers and I agreed a surcharge of $600 to the original $1’000, not the double.

I WAS VERY SATIFIED WHAT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM HOMAR. NO OTHER CARRIER COULD GET MY CAR PICKED UP IN OVER 2 MONTHS TIME PERIOD AND HE GOT IT THERE IN JUST A DAY AND A HALF. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GOT AND I REALLY APPRECIATED IT.

Once we agreed on a contract price and term, Mr. Sanchez was late in arriving and once he did arrive, tried to increase the price. In addition, he could not provide any paperwork or ID about his company and insisted I provide him with cash (even though the contact we agreed on said differently). There were so many red flags with this gentlemen, that I was not comfortable letting my things go with him. Sir: your stuff implies full 22' of our 26' trailer area (you said just 20'). From Kent WA to Mia FL there are 3'390 miles. Your $1'100 were too short to cover the $2'200 trip fuel needed after we had 2 cancellations to Louisiana (Katrina). We offered to do the job for $1'500 (losing $700 ‘cause first is our commitment!) with $200 cash in advance (night=can't cash checks!) and you refused the offer! Dear customers: we cannot do the job for free: dignity is one of our most appreciated values.

Homar, started off great. Arrived at the pick up as scheduled, showed great care in loading up my things. The only thing I think he needs to work on is his communication. It was implied he was leaving the day he picked up, so a 1 week travel time to go across country seemed long but acceptable.
