This client called us and stopped us from doing the moving.She later called us and said her sister mislead her.She went to rent a BUDGET truck and some people to work for her and it cost $2000 extra,However she has already mess up and this is the only way she could put it that scheduling conflict arose.The rest of our feedback is there to prove our dedication to satisfactory service provision.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider advised they would be leaving GA on Thursday and arriving PGH early friday morning. I rearranged with the seller and my resources and have now discovered that they never showed up or called the seller to arrange pickup; nor did they respond to my voicemails or direct emails left for them. It was likely the short time frame of the order but without being able to get ahold of them, and needing to have the item moved by early next week; i will look for another source.

We told this client to accept the bid before a specified time or not to accept.She accepted the bid whilst we have already left her area.We told her we will do the move on our next trip.

They did a GREAT job with moving my furniture from New York to Kentucky. They kept me up informed of their status at all times. Not once did I have to wonder where they were. They got the move completed in a very timely manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

Communication was excellent. As soon as I accepted the bid, I was in contact with them. They were perfectly on time and very courteous, but they didn't wrap my sofa and had great difficulty removing it from the apartment, struggling for more than an hour. In the end, they carried it down 7 flights of stairs because they couldn't fit it in the elevator (even though it had come up that way). While spacial relations may not be their strong-suit, their pleasant attitude made up for it.
