After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The seller (who sold the item to me) and I have both had difficulty getting a hold of this shipper. He would probably do a great job, but our agreement was to have my item moved by Jan. 31st, and it is now Feb. 7th. I would just feel more comfortable moving the item myself. I appreciate the shipper's bid, but will no longer need his services.

Response from gtorn: I don't accept this cancellation because I have been calling and leaving messages for this client via the phone number left on Uship website.I spoke with her once and couldn't get hold of her henceforth anytime I called,how then can I do this if I can't get her with my phone calls.

These people are gods. I would certainly use them again. The pickup and delivery was very quick and smooth, and they were very flexible with the dates and times. All of my fragile items arrived without problems. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will use them the next time I move.

the service provider told us that he will pick up goods on Tuesday, then Wednesday and finally Thursday and nothing happened. He want to do it on next Wednesday. I do not trust him anymore. Please refund my money.

The movers arrived on time, and loaded and unloaded the truck quickly. They were very nice and understanding when I told them that I had extra items to be shipped. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Great to work with, would definitely use again.

Response from gtorn: The customer insisted we do not have any deal if we cannot deliver on Wednesday.As a moving company we plan our itinerary,we just don't move one item like a desk for some hundreds of miles.
