The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
This person that bid on my shipment did not communicate with me or pick up my shipment after over a week. Now I have to start over again and risk getting bad feed back on my Ebay account. Not good at all. He had no cell phone. Said he had to go to Mexico. No phone? No phone call. Finally heard after I emailed several times and called him 3 times. He never confirmed a pick up day, time or anything. He should not be a part of USHIP. Thank you.Frances Munder.

I called shipper explaining that I had a family emergency in Mexico and could not accomodate the shipment. I did keep in communication with shipper at all times. I gave her the option of cancelling the load in advance to avoid in problems.

Herman was just the person we were hoping for! He picked up the doors when he said he would (even though he had a blowout on his truck) and delivered them when he said he would. He called both my partner (in CA) and me (in AZ) to verify times. His truck is clean; he wrapped the doors in blankets (even though they were wrapped). I wish I had known about him long ago, before I moved here!

Thank you. The guy who shipped my bike was much nicer than I was hopping for. I was surprised about how nice of a man he was. Packed my bike as if it was his own. I couldn't ask for more. I added him to my favorite right away. He delivered even faster than he told me he would. The item arrived in the same condition it left.
