What Can I say? It cost me $25 more than the lowest bid but I received over $500 in additional service. I would rate it The Best Service In The World. I had never dreamed that someone could run a business this superbly and still have the actual respect and caring that most businesses have lost. Tracey and Gen are just super. I have gained new friends through this haul. I will definitely use them when ever I have another haul.

Gene and Tracey delivered the goods in perfect condition. My Maxum boat arrived with no problems. Were in constant communication from San Diego to San Rafael, California. They even sent pictures of the haul. If you want a hauler that keeps his word...get Gene.

Gene and Tracey provided us with exceptional service. Our trailer was delivered on time and was taken very good care of during the trip. They were in constant communication with us and made that extra effort to help us with everything we needed......thanks for finding us some keys!!! The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Met shipper in person at my boat in Everett, WA. Shipper was unable to secure insurance for my boat. 7 hours after planned departure, they had to go on to another client.

Steve excepted bid,Our profile stated 50,000 on insurance. on phone stated boat worth 70,000. said if anything happened his insurance com. would go after us. We were not taking any chance. We went to destination waited from 3:00am - 1:57pm. Waiting to get additional insurance. STEVE SHOWED UP AND CANCELED. until next Sat.8th. Wanted us to make another trip.We never canceled, not even taking into consideration of us going up and beyond. we went out of our way,cost, and time, he got that all FREE.
