Through the course of e-mails, phone conversations, it was never mentioned even though I informed their rep that the door was being built in Mexico so I was guessing at the weight. I didn't receive the BoL with the terms until after the final payment was taken by FC. The surprise bill came in at $483 and was charged to by Visa without my permission. Then I got a bill saying I owed them more based on weight,eventhough what I recieved didn't weigh what they said it did.
