Unbelieveable! In my wildest dreams, I would never have imagined that this transaction could have occurred so promptly, efficiently and so cost effectively. Richard is amazing. He was timely, patient, courteous, and all around just a nice gentleman. He took care with my delivery and kept me informed along the way. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Richard agreed via cell conversation on Monday a.m. to pick up shipment on Monday 11/4 but stated he ran into traffic issues and could not make it to business before closing hours. But agreed he would pick up shipment on morning of Tuesday 11/5 which was outside of our intial agreement on Uship. The shipment was not picked up this morning as agreed. Service provider never proactively contacted me after shipment was booked. I intitiated all calls to service provider.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This guy over-books, not reliable at all, i was told he will work everything out, but now hes not picking up the bike nor is he answering to the numerous massages i left on his phone.
