I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
THE SELLER OF THE VEHICLE I WAS PURCHASING BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL TODAY AFTER WE PAID HIME IN FULL, THERE WASNT ANY VEHICLE THERE, CON ARTISTS AT FRONTLINE LEASING IN LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA SO UNFORTUNATLY WE NO LONGER NEED THE SERVICE.
WE HAVE TALKED TO FEDERAL AND HE AGREED TO NOT CONTEST THIS TRANSACTION, SO I AM REQUESTING A REUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The Service Provider would not fax me the garage policy for insurance coverage. I have asked the service provider to provide me a written contract as well as a copy of his insurance policy. I am just following UShip tips. Unfortunately I can't verify the service provider's coverage. Therefore, I don't feel comfortable continuing and as the service provider suggested, I am cancelling the match.

I have given Federal Towing a positive rating. There where problems however as Matt said in a email to me "In our business accidents happen ... how you deal with them is how you become judged".
There was a small problem, Matt took care of it. I would use his firm agian.

Very good experience overall. On time, great driver and very effecient GPS tracking system. I recieved updates frequently of where the car was.They are the best guys for high end cars with their enclosed trailer. My NEW BMW M3 still was in showroom condition. Will use them again!!

Although this shipper was not the lowest bidder, I accepted his bid based on positive feedbacks. Everything went OK except for time line for pick up and delivery . In fairness Matt made it up by reducing his bid.
