What an AWESOME experience!! Jim picked up my bike and delivered it the next day!! Jim let me know his progress every step of the way. My bike was delivered the day promised and it was in perfect shape. I could not have been happier or had a more positive experience. DO NOT accept a bid without getting this carrier's USDOT & MC #'s as well as a Certificate of Insurance with YOUR NAME on it. Jim dropped the bike during shipment and blamed a supposedly loose part (end weight designed to dampen vibration) on the handlebar for the accident. Says he was also injured as a result. Now the bike has $1500 of damage and he refuses to make it right. He actually threatened to sue me or the guy who sold the bike for negligence!! I had never even SEEN the bike in person!
