This shipper has a history of cancellation. I had to vacate my apt on 6/30. Zingaro accepted a bid which stated p/u by 6/30 but could not p/u 'til 7/8. I spoke with him about this and he assured me that he could do it so I made special arrangements with my super to store the items until they could be picked up. I am now in Nevada. My stuff is in NY. My super wants it to be picked up. This shipper is unreliable. Look at his past record. Do not allow this to happen to someone else.

Before and after I accepted this bid I had many communications w/ this shipper regarding dates/pick-up details/etc. He understood it was important to me to have this picked up as soon as possible. I spent a lot of time and effort on this - and now he's cancelling w/ very little notice and no attempts to find another solutions ie another shipper. When reviewing this shipper I was hesitant to use him as he had many other cancellations, but decided to use him as the completed shipments did receive

We purchased this item after we had received confirmation of the shipment. We do not have another way of shipping and our purchase was based upon the cost and timetable agreed to. The shipper needs to honor the commitment or be willing to accept any additional costs incurred by us in getting the shipment completed.
