Response from drp: This was a Book it Now Shipment and the other party was not aware that we require a 50% deposit. We could not come to an agreement of another amount, therefore we mutually decided to terminate the transaction. This has nothing to do with the honesty or integrity of the other party, because it was a Book-it-Now, they were unaware of our terms. We are very sorry we could not come to an agreement and wish the best shipping your boat.

Everything went great! Joanne and Henri were flexible about both pickup and delivery moving my bike from New York to New Orleans. The delivery couldn't have worked out better. I pulled up to my apartment in New Orleans in the cab and Henri was taking my bike off the truck as I arrived. Bike was in the same condition as when it left New York. Both Joanne and Henri were great to work with and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I will definitely use DRP for future jobs.

Honesty-integrity-shipment professionals are valid qualities for this husband and wife team+dog. Trust me if you need any shipment services contact them "FIRST" to save your time-money-and avoid any headaches and misery (which is out there-believe me). You can check on me with EBAY as diverdoug and see that I have been around the block a few times-had many shipments-and in my opinion no one compares with Henri and Joanne. I can't begin to describe how amazing my shipping experience was with Joanne and Henri! They responded to my bid and picked up my motorcycle within just a few days!!! When the time came to deliver to a very uncooperative buyer - they were more flexible than I would have even wanted them to be! A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The buyer of the boat to be shipped could not make payment arrangements in the appropriate time frame and therefore the sale was not completed within the time frame we all agreed to ship the boat. This is disappointing because DRP seemed very professional and capable of making a smooth shipment. Thanks.
