Gus is seriously great. All his feedback is exactly right--he is very friendly, extremely responsive, responsible and eager to help. He even went so far as to ask me how long it would take me to get home from work, and then call me that far ahead of time so that I wouldn't have to wait at home for him. (In fact, he got there early!) I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly to anyone who needs shipping services.

It was a pleasure to work with Gus Stortie. He kept in touch by phone and email and picked up and delivered the bedroom set on time. While at the pick up residence, he helped two workers from a local charity move a desk through a narrow doorway after their first attempt failed. Thank you Gus! You were a welcome assistant! I would definitely recommend his services.

My experience with Gus was better than I could have imagined. He was completely professional and very flexible. He was very kind and willing to help me disassemble the furniture. It was delivered punctually and in perfect condition. I could not have been happier with my decision to work with Gus.

Gus Storti was wonderful to deal with. He was polite, prompt, reliable and accommodating. When several additional items needed to be included with the original order he went back, picked up the items and delivered them too.
