Mike was great to work with. He was able to get my puppy 2 days early because of a cancellation. He answered all of my phone calls while he was on the road, and every other question I had. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Unfortunately, they didn't have room to fit my pet for the shipment. However, they did tell me prior to the bids acceptance that they may not have room and would call as soon as they found out. They did call me asap and were very kind in trying to accomodate my shipment. I would definitely try to use their services again if need be.

Mr.Conrad was my son's best choice to get Winston into San Diego, he arrived to our place to pick-him up ON TIME!!!, we are truly impresed with the way he handdle everything, his vehicle was new and impecable and he even let us call him for updates during the trip. He is truly a wonderful person to trust with any of your pets (babies); thanks Mike, many blessing to you and your family, you truly made this journey a wonderful and peaceful experience!!!
