When he did call me on Monday I explained to him that one of the trailers was hit on Friday and due to other commitments, I would not be able to get there until next week and and I wondered why I had not heard from him. Then when I finally get a hold of them they give us some bull---- story.We use uship all the time, look at our feedback. There are some great service providers out there THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!! Response from partsman49: I left messages last week and the shipper waited 4 days to return the calls. we had trailer that was damaged and created delay for week. I can document I tried to contact and left messages. I can assure that HE CANNOT DOCUMENT THAT HE TRIED TO CONTACT ME. IF I HAD DONE ANYTHING WRONG OTHER THAN WAITING 4 DAYS FOR A RUDE PERSON TO RETURN PHONE CALLS, I AM SORRY. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANYOTHER.SHIPPERS CHECK MY FEEDBACK
