A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
My truck blew 2 tires, and was held up in the shop awaiting parts. I DID contact the person, I DID explain to the person what happened with my truck. He told me it was not a problem and to just call him when the truck was up and running again. I called him again on Tuesday, when my truck was ready and he told me that he was meeting with a potential buyer later in the day and may just sell them from where they sat and he may not need them shipped. I listed this shipment for a friend since I could not do it. I had no control over this issue except to list it and it went bad, I hope MATS learns that you have to do what you say you are going to do and not screw people over, he is just starting out. If you are not in a hurry or have a timeline by all means use him but I will NEVER AGAIN. My feedback speaks for itself and I would never treat a customer like he treated me.

Tony and his lovely wife exceeded all expectations during all phases of this transaction. Excellent communication, both via email and phone during the entire time frame. Delivery was completed AHEAD of schedule and car was in showroom condition thanks to his beautiful enclosed trailer. Would highly recommend Tony to anyone who cares about whatever he or she is shipping.
PS. Hope your ankle is back to 100 % soon.

Finding an auto transporter is easy. Finding one that takes no money up front, is licensed & insured, and picks up and delivers on the days agreed upon, IS NOT!
Let me save you hours and hours of web surfing and phone calls. The guy to call is Tony Talarico. If he sold stock in his company I’d buy some. He’s that good. Period. End of story.

My shipment arrived on time and in excellent condition. I have shipped my son's chopper in the past and like many people, did not have a good experience. But,I had a great expereince this time.
