Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward.
This customer never e-mailed us or called us. We have called them and phone has been disconnected. Our pick up was for this weekend 9/7 - 9/8 and could not get ahold of him for pick up arrangements. We (Madmama) has never spoke to customer, so we refuse to have this comment listed on our uship reason! We only confirmed this 9/2, this reason is not valid! Also if cancelled, Madmama account should be credit for the free deposit paid by shipper, which was credited on this customer! Please respond

What do you mean. He never contacted us nore emailed like he said. The customers phone was disconnected so how could we communicate. I am sorry but this customer has not given the correct info. I will not do business with this customer again, he/she is very deciving. Madmama
